  I must admit, when I read some of the reviews (of course AFTER already putting my order) I was kind scared I wouldn’t receive my order. But the delivery was incredibly fast. Probably 15 minutes. Thank you!

  Never received order. Can’t reach anyone via chat or email. Seems to be pretty common these days based on the reviews. Such a shame, this website used to be the best and so fast. Very disappointed. I’m going to give them 24 hours to respond to my emails and if they don’t unfortunately im going to be filing a charge back for fraud

  Run away from here! They didn’t send me the items that I purchased. The live chat is completely useless and custom service through email won’t help me. This is such a shame!!! I used to loved this website so much and now I’m completely disappointed.

  I received all my items and they were very kind! The delivery took a little over an hour, and beforehand no one was available to answer any customer service questions, but I still received all my items.

  Been waiting over 6 hours , used this service many times in the past and have never waited more than 1.5 hours. Been told twice they’d deliver asap and now nobody is answering.

  Ordered from here many times and i’ve never had to wait longer than an hour, amazing service. However my latest order never showed up. Live chat doesn’t work, whatsapp customer service number doesn’t exist. I finally got through to customer service on email and they replied very fast and assured me they will deliver it asap. Once again stayed up for 4 hours waiting and no one arrived. They have stopped replying to my emails and you won’t be able to get a refund directly from them as they prefer to just resend the items. In the end I got it refunded through my bank, but I won’t be ordering from here again. A real shame.

  Never received an order confirmation and never received my order. Tried to contact customer support twice with no response. I've ordered from here multiple times with no issues and no issues getting in touch with customer service directly. Disappointed.
